14-Day Return Policy

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the product.
